Accountability
Making a complaint is a separate channel
If you want to raise a concern about our staff, how beneficiaries were selected, the quality of assistance, a safeguarding issue or a suspicion of fraud, please use the complaints page rather than this form.
Reports there go straight to our complaints focal point — not to the project team a complaint may be about — and you can send one without giving your name.

Annual reports, budgets and beneficiary data going back to 2015 are available to partners and donors on request.
