If something we have done is wrong, unfair, or has caused harm, we want to hear it. This page goes straight to our complaints focal point — and you can use it without giving your name.
How this works
What happens when you send something
It goes to one person
Reports arrive at our complaints focal point, not to the project team the complaint may be about.
You can stay anonymous
Name, email and phone are all optional. An anonymous report is still recorded and still acted on.
We acknowledge in five working days
If you gave us a way to reach you, you will hear back within five working days. Serious safeguarding reports are escalated immediately.
It stays confidential
Details are shared only with the people who need them to look into it. We do not share your identity with anyone the complaint is about.
What you can raise here
The conduct of any Wa-PYDO staff member, volunteer or partner
How beneficiaries were selected or targeted — including if you believe someone was wrongly left out
The quality, timing or delivery of assistance
Safeguarding concerns, including sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA)
Fraud, corruption or misuse of resources
Suggestions and feedback — not everything has to be a complaint
If you are in immediate danger, please contact local authorities or emergency services first. This form is monitored during working hours and is not an emergency line.
Send your report
Every field except the category and your message is optional.

Feedback makes the work better
Wa-PYDO was founded by a community assembly. Being told when we get it wrong is part of how that is supposed to work.
